ICBA Leadership Program - Estimator Stream

Gain the skills to understand business and project relationships in the construction industry and to prepare pricing packages to respond to bids.

Description

The ICBA Leadership Program was developed by ICBA members to address the competencies needed to successfully develop their employees’ growth in the areas of site supervision, estimating and project management. The ICBA Leadership Program utilizes Gold Seal and/or BC Housing approved course offerings the construction industry has endorsed.

This flexible program, including courses that are offered both in-class and online, focuses on professional skills development that you can apply to almost any industry.

By helping you develop your leadership and change management skills, you’ll be better prepared to move up into managerial roles or give you, as a new manager, the skills to lead your team, and your career, effectively.

By participating in the Estimator Stream, you will build on the courses in the Core Stream to learn the skills needed to understand business and project relationships in the construction industry and to prepare pricing packages to respond to bids.
