This session is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the recent updates and changes to some WorkSafeBC’s regulations and policies. The webinar aims to inform employers, employees, health and safety professionals, and other stakeholders about the latest updates and how they impact their operations.
Representatives from COCA and WorkSafeBC, will provide information and answer questions on the updates to the following regulations/policies:
• Amendments to OHS Regulation Part 3, Minimum Levels of First Aid.
• New licensing and certification requirements for Asbestos.
• Return to work obligations: Duty to cooperate and duty to maintain employment.
• Amendments to OHS Regulation, Part 14, Notice of Project – Tower Crane
