Erin Grace is a Mindful Self-Compassion Coach, Workplace Well-being Expert, and Experienced Community Facilitator based in Vancouver, BC, serving clients globally. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations cultivate well-being, resilience, and achieve their goals through
research-based methods grounded in self-compassion, mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive science.

Her journey into coaching began after a pivotal career setback, which led her to personal exploration and discovery. Through mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, and positive psychology, Erin experienced a personal and spiritual transformation, motivating her to support others in their journeys. Erin is an experienced corporate career coach and facilitator, a CoachU CEFTP Program graduate, skilled in trauma-informed practice, and a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course graduate. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces in her work, continually learning
and unlearning to be a better ally to BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities.
