MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS
Discounted member rates for training courses are only available to ICBA Members and associations that have a current partnership agreement with ICBA.
Any registrations that cannot be confirmed as an eligible membership will be adjusted to the non-member rate and the customer will be required to pay the difference to confirm the registration.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment for virtual, classroom and online self-paced courses is due in full at the time of registration to consider your registration as complete.
If you have made special agreements to pay by cheque, payment must be received at least 1 day prior to the start of the course unless other arrangements with the ICBA Training Team have been made.
Private courses will require a deposit in the amount of 50% of the expected total cost is required to confirm the booking and will be due at the time of booking. Payment for the balance of the course is due within 30 days of the last day of the training.
COURSE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:
Virtual & Classroom Sessions
Cancellations received at least 5 business days prior to the course start date will result in a full refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted to the ICBA Training Team at training@icba.ca or by calling (Toll-Free) 1-800-663-2865.
Registrants who do not attend a workshop/log into a workshop, and/or who do not notify ICBA of cancellation at least 5 full business days prior to the course start date will be assessed the full cost of the workshop. There will be no refunds, transfers, or credits in this case.
Substitution of attendees is permitted up to and including the day of the webinar.
**Course Cancellation by ICBA: **ICBA may have to postpone or cancel webinars due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, ICBA’s liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
Transfers between courses/dates will be accepted up to 5 business days prior to the course start date. All transfer requests must be submitted to the ICBA Training Team at training@icba.ca or by calling (Toll-Free) 1-800-663-2865.
E-Learning Sessions
No refunds or cancellations are permitted for an E-learning course once a PIN/Course Code has been redeemed. E-learning courses with unredeemed PIN/Course Codes can be refunded up to six (6) months after the purchase date.
Substitutions/transfers of participants are permitted for most E-learning course as long as a PIN/Course Code has not been redeemed.
CERTIFICATES
Certificates will be issued in the name of the registered participant only.
BC Housing CPD certificates with credits will only be issued to participants that have fully attended/completed the course. We are not able to issue BC Housing CPD certificates/credits on recordings of live sessions.
