ICBA Leadership Program - Core Stream

The Core Stream is the starting point for all participants in ICBA's Leadership Program. Learn fundamental skills for being an effective leader in construction.

Description

The ICBA Leadership Program was developed by ICBA members to address the competencies needed to successfully develop their employees’ growth in the areas of site supervision, estimating and project management. The ICBA Leadership Program utilizes Gold Seal and/or BC Housing approved course offerings the construction industry has endorsed.

This flexible program, including courses that are offered both in-class and online, focuses on professional skills development that you can apply to almost any industry.

By helping you develop your leadership and change management skills, you’ll be better prepared to move up into managerial roles or give you, as a new manager, the skills to lead your team, and your career, effectively.

The Core Module is the basis for the Leadership Program and focuses on professional skills development to help you advance your career development in the construction industry and prepare you for entering the stream of your choice: Supervisor, Project Manager, or Estimator.
