Devin Pollitt, RSW, MSW, PhD(c)

Devin Pollitt is a Registered Social Worker with a decade of clinical experience, primarily serving the Pacific Northwest. He has provided onsite mental health services and specialized workshops focusing on professional quality of life to remote Indigenous communities, including Lax
Kw’alaams, the Nisga’a Nation, the Haisla Nation, Kitselas First Nation, the Tahltan Nation, and the Tsilhqot’in Nation. Devin holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in clinical/research social work and is currently a doctoral candidate at Memorial University. His research centers on
the relationships between healthcare workers' workplace value differences and their experiences of burnout, compassion satisfaction, and secondary trauma. His Master's thesis analyzed data from a national study of palliative care nurses, focusing on workplace value differences and their impact on professional quality of life outcomes. His doctoral research aims to develop novel measures and tools to help organizations reduce work value differences in Indigenous child welfare practice.

In addition to clinical services, Devin offers organizational and research consulting in program assessment, development, and management, including community needs assessments. He has also trained in section 211 views of the child court assessments for family law disputes, Gladue
assessments, and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Beyond his professional endeavors, Devin enjoys outdoor activities such as motorcycling and fishing, playing guitar and singing in live performances, and international travel. He cherishes time spent with his 11-year-old daughter and their Goldendoodle, Rosie.

Eleonora Hobbs

Eleonora has been teaching for 25 years. She worked as an executive instructor and advisor in software programs for CEMEX, third largest concrete company in the world, and, twice in a row, was voted the best professor of the year at Tec of Monterrey, the best business school in Latin America.

Currently, she teaches Microsoft Office courses at PowerConcepts, Spanish at Okanagan College Continuing Studies and studies PID program.

Elisa Brandts, AAA, OAA, NSAA, FRAIC

Elisa is a Senior Principal and the Business Centre Managing Leader for our buildings group in British Columbia. Her role combines active senior team leadership and financial and studio management with managing significant projects, particularly of large-scale alternate delivery scope, IPD and those integrating Lean process.

Elizabeth Zhu, BSc

As procurement manager of Fraser Health for 15 years, ElizabethZhu has built a procurement team specialized in public construction procurement. The ten-person team manages facility maintenance and construction projects across four health authorities in the BClower mainland. Elizabeth is also an acting procurement advisor to multiple BChospital redevelopment projects. She has a thorough understanding of federal and provincial public procurement policies, as well as various types of construction contracts. Ms. Zhu is an active member of the BC PublicConstruction Council. Her procurement team is well known for being the two-time recipient of the 2017 and 2022 BCCA Best of PublicOwner awards

Eric Tung

Eric Tung is a Business Communications Instructor at SFU’s Beedie School of Business, and an English Instructor at UBC’s Extended Learning, where he teaches business and technical writing courses. Eric also designs and delivers customized workshops to engineering, construction, and consulting firms. He works with clients and coaches them on developing their effective communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service and sales skills.

In addition to teaching and coaching, Eric is a business transformation and change management consultant, where he advises firms on large-scale organizational-wide changes.

Erin Grace, BA, MCRP(c).

Erin Grace is a Mindful Self-Compassion Coach, Workplace Well-being Expert, and Experienced Community Facilitator based in Vancouver, BC, serving clients globally. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations cultivate well-being, resilience, and achieve their goals through
research-based methods grounded in self-compassion, mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive science.

Erin's approach emphasizes simple, accessible tools and strategies that lead to significant results. She is deeply committed to facilitating community spaces that foster connection and support, enabling individuals to thrive.

Her journey into coaching began after a pivotal career setback, which led her to personal exploration and discovery. Through mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, and positive psychology, Erin experienced a personal and spiritual transformation, motivating her to support others in their journeys. Erin is an experienced corporate career coach and facilitator, a CoachU CEFTP Program graduate, skilled in trauma-informed practice, and a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course graduate. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces in her work, continually learning
and unlearning to be a better ally to BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ communities.

Living and working on the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations, Erin expresses immense gratitude for being a guest on these lands.

In her personal life, Erin enjoys the natural beauty of Vancouver, engaging in activities that connect her with the mountains, ocean, and the community she has built over the past decade.

Frank Byl

Frank Byl is a Microsoft Master Instructor with over 20 years of training and managing with PowerConcepts. Frank grew up in Burnaby, BC and after graduating from SFU in 1984, taught high school for 14 years before starting PowerConcepts in 1998.

Since then he has helped thousands of corporate, government, small business and individuals gain confidence and new skills in Microsoft applications. In 2013, PowerConcepts adopted Office 365 and since then has been implementing the SharePoint tools internally and for clients. In his spare time, Frank and his wife Susanne love most outdoor pursuits including hiking and skiing and they are passionate about sailing.

Graham Finch, MASc, P.Eng.

Graham is a Building Science Engineer working from RDH Building Science’s Victoria, BC office on projects across North America and internationally. He specializes in enclosure design, research, and investigation work for new and existing buildings.

Graham is regarded as an industry leader in evaluating thermal energy and hygrothermal (heat, air, and moisture) performance of building enclosures. His research has resulted in several publications and practical recommendations for the construction industry for rainscreen wall designs.

Graham is also the co-chair of the Rainscreen Performance Committee for the Rainscreen Association in North America, RAiNA.

Graham Hiscocks

Graham is a Partnership & Education Specialist based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and he presents financial literacy workshops to organizations and individuals looking to further develop their knowledge about money.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in addition to multiple investment-industry accreditations.  With over a decade’s worth of experience in the non-profit and banking sectors, as well as several years’ history as an entrepreneur, Graham is passionate about helping members of his community achieve financial wellness.  

Greg Campeau

Greg's journey to becoming a professional speaker, facilitator, and author began when Greg obtained an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor.

Greg then spent over 15 years in international packaged goods corporations (Nestle, Nabisco, and Cadbury’s) achieving increasingly senior management positions while creating an outstanding track record of consistent success. Twice Greg led corporate divisions from worst to first in terms of overall performance as measured by revenue, market share, and profit growth.

Since founding Campeau Learning in 1991, Greg has delivered over 4300 presentations, workshops, and webinars throughout North America establishing a client list that is truly a breed apart, including organizations the likes of TELUS, Certified Professional Accountants, Professional Engineers, Lafarge, Caterpillar (Finning), TD and Royal Banks, London Drugs, Canadian and U.S. Federal Governments, BC Hydro, KPMG, Grant Thornton, AON Insurance., University of British Columbia Lu-Lu Lemon, and the NHL Coaches Association.

Concurrently for 15 years, Greg instructed courses at BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) the School of Business in both Human Resource and Marketing faculties.

Greg has authored two books – “Leading from Everywhere in the Organization” and “Productivity Power: Time Management for 21st Century Professionals”.

Greg remains a learner and teacher of timeless truths that enhance both personal, team and organizational success and stability in our “white water world”.
