This course provides you a better understanding of stress, both the positive and negative aspects. You will have a better idea of how stress can affect you, and ways you can manage it while developing and strengthening your resilience.
Upon successful completion of this course, you should have a better understanding of:

- Identify the physical, mental, and psychological effects of stress
- Recognize stressors related to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Understand stress management techniques you can adopt or modify to help ensure that stress does not lead to health problems

Pass Mark
Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
