Leading Through Stress: Supporting Your Team’s Mental Well-Being in Uncertain Times

Leading a team through uncertain and stressful times requires empathy, awareness, and the right tools to support mental well-being. This workshop will help you build a resilient workplace culture where open conversations about mental health are encouraged, and your team feels supported.

Description

The pressures of today’s unpredictable world have taken a toll on workplace mental health. Leaders and managers play a crucial role in supporting their teams through stressful times, yet many struggle with how to navigate these challenges effectively. Left unaddressed, mental health issues can impact productivity, morale, and overall team cohesion. However, by fostering open, respectful conversations and implementing supportive strategies, leaders can create a healthier, more resilient workplace.
