Professionally, I have 15+ years of experience in IT client support and employee training and development working for larger corporations and crown agencies. Following a passion for leadership development, and a recognition of the broad effects of trauma on society, I switched my focus to become a certified trauma-informed Life and Relationship Coach with a specialization in life transitions, attachment theory-based communication, and internal family systems. I’m excited to bring the vastness of my experience and knowledge, and the knowledge of my ancestors into the work I’ll be doing with ICLD.
