In this fast-paced session, we explore how to approach tough conversations with more clarity and confidence. You will learn practical ways to speak up, address issues early, and navigate challenging interactions in a way that supports both personal well-being and positive working relationships.

• Shift from defending intent to understanding and addressing impact
