Purpose
This workshop is designed for professionals in high-pressure, high-responsibility environments—from the job site to the project office. While the focus is on "Physical Health," we explore the biological connection between a steady body and a sharp mind.
This session provides a high-level inventory of the fundamentals we can actually control—eating, moving, sleeping, breathing, focusing, prospering, and celebrating—to ensure our "human hardware" is functioning at its peak.
Why It Matters
In industry, we maintain our equipment and tools with precision, yet we often overlook the maintenance of our own biology. When our fundamentals are off, our physical reaction time slows, our mental focus blurs, and risk goes up. By auditing these seven key areas, participants move from passive habits to active awareness. This isn't about a radical lifestyle overhaul; it’s about identifying the specific "leaks" that lead to burnout and fatigue.

Workshop Summary
The Foundation of Vitality: Mastering the Fundamentals of Health is a 60-minute, practical session for people who need to stay composed and energized throughout the workday.
Led by Linda Bartholme, Kinesiologist, Positive Intelligence® Coach, Certified Heroic Performance Coach, and founder of Linda Bartholme Coaching & Consulting, this session helps participants build self-awareness and take immediate ownership of their physical state.
Participants will work with three core elements:

The Fundamentals Audit: A look at the 7 pillars (Eating, Moving, Sleeping, Breathing, Focusing, Prospering, Celebrating) and how they relate to the demands of the job.

Biological Awareness: Using interesting facts to see how mental states like hope and gratitude are rooted in physical health.

The Precision Plan: Defining a #1 "Start" and #1 "Stop" to create a tangible impact that lasts beyond the workshop.
