Description
Warm Up to Your Day: The RAMP Protocol
Most warm-ups are either skipped or done wrong - and both come at a cost. This session introduces the RAMP Protocol (Raise, Activate, Mobilize, Potentiate), a proven, evidence-based approach to preparing the body for physical work. Participants will learn why an effective warm-up matters, how each phase of RAMP builds on the last, and practical examples tailored to lower body, upper body, and back/core demands. Whether preparing for a shift on-site or staying active off the clock, attendees will leave with a simple framework they can apply before any physical activity.
