This hands-on, full-day leadership boot camp is built for construction professionals who want to get better at leading people, not just projects.
You’ll walk away with practical tools to manage your crew with confidence, reduce conflict, build trust, and create a work culture where people show up, step up, and stick around. Whether you’re a lead hand, foreperson, or construction business owner, this course is designed to help you lead by example and build high-performing, respectful teams- without the fluff.

· What leadership looks like on a jobsite or in the shop
· Building trust, confidence, and accountability in your crew
