Self-leadership means knowing who you are, recognizing your patterns of behaviour and what shapes them, and being able to manage emotions when working with others. Old habits die hard – understanding who you are leads to a stronger ability to create new and empowering habits.
This workshop opens the doors to self-awareness by uncovering how life experiences and other factors inform who we are and how we relate to others. It provides skills and knowledge for understanding and managing our emotions, so we can lead ourselves more effectively through different situations and foster positive relationships.

- 7-14 calendar days in advance: 50% of course fee
- Less than 7 calendar days / No show: 100% of course fee
- Substituting a colleague if you cannot make it: no charge*
- If Kwela cancels a course for any reason: full refund
