Tough Talks That Work in Construction
How to Handle Conflict Without Losing Your Cool (or Your Crew)
Description
On a construction site, tensions can run high—tight deadlines, tough conditions, and strong personalities are all part of the job. Conflict is bound to happen. But how you handle it can make or break your crew. If ignored, small issues can blow up and damage trust, safety, and productivity. When handled early and well, conflict can actually lead to stronger crews and better problem-solving.
This workshop gives construction professionals—from crew leads to site supervisors—the tools to step into tough conversations with confidence. You’ll learn how to address friction before it
