Description
This 1 Day course is intended for Confined Space Entrants and Stand-by Attendants who may be required to:
- Enter confined spaces
Work in confined spaces
Perform Stand-by attendant duties
Gas test confined spaces
Ventilate confined spaces and Perform non-entry retrieval rescues
A significant part of this course involves several hands-on exercises, including standby attendant duties, entry into confined spaces, gas testing, ventilation, lockout and retrieval rescue.

Evaluation:
50% Written Test (passing score is 70%) 50% Demonstration of physical proficiency
Certification:
Upon successful completion a 3 Year Certificate will be issued
Prerequisites
There are no specific prerequisites for this course. However, participants should have a basic understanding of workplace safety principles and regulations.
