This webinar introduces the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in a way that makes sense for the construction world.
Description
Tough Skin, Smart Heart: Emotional Intelligence on the Jobsite
In the trades, being tough is part of the job—but it doesn’t mean we should ignore what’s going on under the surface. Emotions impact how we work, communicate, and lead—even if we don’t always talk about it. This 1-hour webinar introduces the concept of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in a way that makes sense for the construction world: it’s about keeping your cool, reading the room, and dealing with people in a way that gets results without blowups.
Whether you’re managing a crew, working with tough personalities, or dealing with stress on the job, learning to understand your emotions (and other people’s) can make you a better leader, co-worker, and communicator.
